A family affair that began in 1967 when Father Sanan and Mother Thongsuk Sriyotha made their first fermented fish sauce. The original recipe has since been passed down onto the following generation led by Father Uthai and Mother Boonlum Prirueng using the tradename “Phetdam Ka Plara”

In 2014, Phetdamfoods Company Limited was established, with an inaugurated product produced being the fermented fish sauce under the brand “MAEBOONLAM".

With extensive experiences spanning nearly half a century, a secretly and meticulously formulated recipe gives "MAEBOONLAM" fermented fish sauce a uniquely delectable taste, and an appetizing and mouthwatering aroma that have satisfied the tastes of Thais to this day.
